The work

Strategic Financial Leadership:
Collaborate with the executive team to establish and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives and growth plans.

Budget and Forecast Management:
Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets. Conduct regular financial forecasting to help inform strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting:
Supervise the timely preparation of comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Present findings to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, recommending strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the organization’s financial position.

Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory bodies, to convey financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Process Enhancement:
Continuously evaluate financial processes and systems, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

The profile

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.

Experience:
Extensive experience in financial management and analysis, including exposure to senior finance roles within a complex organization.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects, with a track record of fostering collaboration and positive outcomes.
