Privacy policy

Group Ogou takes the protection of personal data seriously, both for visitors to this site and for anyone who contacts the companies of the group. This policy sets out what we collect, what we do with it, and the rights available to you.

The only data we collect directly is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, your email address, optionally your telephone number, your organisation, the company of the group your enquiry concerns, and the content of your message.

That information is used solely to handle your enquiry, to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up on the conversation you started. It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

We also record technical usage data — pages viewed, display language, timestamp, truncated IP address — in order to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These measurements are aggregated and do not identify you personally.

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted from our systems. Audience measurements are retained for thirteen months.

Our servers and databases are hosted with providers that apply recognised security standards. Access to contact data is restricted to group staff who need it to do their job, through named individual accounts.

Under Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of data concerning you. You can exercise those rights by writing to the contact address shown on this site.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. Any substantial modification will be noted on this page together with the date it takes effect.
